A Major Investment
in Roscrea’s Future
REACH is made possible through a €3.5 million investment funded under the Rural Regeneration and Development Fund (RRDF), administered by the Department of Community and Rural Development. The project is co-funded by Tipperary County Council.
Key organisations such as North Tipperary Development Company (which led the application to the RRDF) and support from key local stakeholders has been critical to its success.
The RRDF funding ensures that Roscrea benefits from a world-class enterprise hub, helping to create jobs, support entrepreneurship, and contribute to the town’s economic regeneration.

REACH is overseen by REACH CLG, a dedicated not-for-profit company that manages the hub’s operations and strategic direction. Led by a committed board of directors representing key stakeholders—including local government, enterprise development agencies, and the wider community—REACH ensures transparency, sustainability, and long-term success.
The board works closely with businesses and industry partners to ensure that the hub meets the evolving needs of its users while driving economic and social impact in Roscrea.
